These terms cover your use of the Taproot Coffee website. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry you accept them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

This site introduces Taproot Coffee: our story, our coffees and how to reach us. It is a company profile, not an online store. Orders are placed on our shop site at taprootcoffee.shop, which has its own ordering, delivery and returns terms.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices, availability and delivery for wholesale or stockist orders are confirmed in writing by our team before anything is dispatched. Coffee is a harvested crop, so a lot shown on this site may sell out or be replaced by the next harvest.

The text, photographs, illustrations and branding on this site belong to Taproot Coffee. You are welcome to quote or share our pages with credit, but please do not copy our content into your own site or use our name and logo in a way that suggests a partnership we do not have.

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but roasts, opening hours and stock change with the season. The site is provided as it is, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it or from the site being temporarily unavailable.

This site links to our shop and to social platforms. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they publish.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Karnataka. If you have a problem, please contact us first — almost everything is settled over a phone call or an email.
